Role Overview

The Reservations Coordinator will oversee booking procedures, liaise with both clients and service partners, and guarantee the efficient handling of all reservation-related activities. This position is well-suited for someone who thrives on organization, takes initiative, and enjoys working collaboratively.

Main Duties :

* Process daily reservations (accommodation, transport, tours, etc.)

* Maintain regular communication with service providers through email and calls

* Draft and edit travel itineraries and price offers

* Input reservation details accurately and promptly into our system

* Work closely with the sales and operations teams for smooth execution

* Cultivate and manage strong supplier partnerships

* Prepare travel documentation (vouchers, schedules, billing)

* Support administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

* At least 1 year of relevant experience in tourism or hospitality (Fresh graduates can be considered)

* Degree or diploma in Travel, Tourism, or a similar discipline

* Strong English communication skills; knowledge of French is a valuable asset

* Organized, communicative, and attentive to detail

* Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

* Positive, personable, and eager to grow professionally

* Ready to begin work immediately
