Role Description The Reservations Manager – Bingin ULUWATU is a full-time, on-site (hybrid) role based in Bingin. This role is responsible for managing all villa reservations, including handling inquiries, confirming bookings, updating reservation systems, and coordinating availability with property and operations teams. The Reservations Manager will maintain high standards of customer service by responding promptly to guest queries, managing special requests, and ensuring accurate information is communicated before arrival. Daily tasks include working closely with revenue team to optimize occupancy and rates, preparing reservation reports, monitoring booking channels, and ensuring alignment with company hospitality standards. The role also involves training and guiding front-line staff on reservation procedures and guest communication best practices.

Qualifications

Strong reservations management skills, including handling bookings, maintaining accurate records, and working with reservation and channel management systems.
Excellent customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with guests, owners, and internal teams.
Sales skills to support upselling, cross-selling, and maximizing occupancy and revenue.
Training and coaching capabilities to guide team members on reservation processes and service standards.
Previous experience in hospitality, preferably in villas, hotels, or resort environments.
Ability to work on-site in Denpasar with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Comfort with using office software and property management or reservation systems.
