1.      Local suppliers management

• Search for, evaluate, and select suppliers (hotels, transportation, tours)
• Negotiate rates and terms

2.      Quotations and suppliers negotiations

• Assist with quotations
• Maintain an up-to-date database

3.      Travel Operations

• Confirm reservations (hotels, tours, transportation)
• Monitor itinerary execution

4.     Customer service and incident resolution

• Serve as the local point of contact for emergencies
• Handle issues during the trip

Experience:

• Tourism operations
• DMC (Destination Management Company)
• Advanced English required
