The hotel features unobstructed views of the 18-hole Senayan Golf Course and Jakarta's skyline, creating an impressive setting for guests. Its strategic location provides convenient access to major business and entertainment areas in the city. The hotel is easily reached from the toll road, with Soekarno-Hatta International Airport approximately 25 minutes away, making it a practical choice for international and domestic travelers.
Role Description The Reservations Agent is responsible for handling room reservations and related inquiries in a professional and efficient manner. This full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia includes responding to phone and email booking requests, confirming reservations, and updating booking details accurately in the hotel's reservation system. The role involves providing clear information on room types, rates, promotions, and hotel services, while ensuring a smooth booking experience for guests and travel partners. The Reservations Agent collaborates with Front Office and Sales teams to optimize room occupancy, manages special requests, and supports guests with changes or cancellations, all while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills, with experience handling guest inquiries and providing courteous, solution-oriented support.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, including clear spoken and written English; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Experience with reservations processes and systems, including managing bookings, changes, and cancellations accurately.
  • Familiarity with receptionist duties such as managing inquiries, coordinating with Front Office, and maintaining guest records.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple reservations and tasks simultaneously.
  • Comfort with hotel property management systems and basic computer applications (email, spreadsheets, reservation software).
  • Ability to work on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia, with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as required.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or a related customer-facing role is preferred; vocational or diploma-level education in hospitality or tourism is beneficial.
