Qualification:
- Male/Female
- Previous experience in the Hospitality Industry is required
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in a similar position
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications and reservation systems
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing high-quality service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Descriptions:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, requests, and complaints via phone, email, and in person.
- Booking Management: Handle all aspects of reservations, including processing new requests, making changes, and managing cancellations, ensuring all information is accurately recorded.
- Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with customers on existing reservations to confirm details and address any additional requirements.
- Daily Reporting: Generate, analyze, and maintain daily reports on reservations, cancellations, and other relevant metrics.
- Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address any issues that may arise.
- Promotional Support: Assist in creating and distributing promotional materials to boost reservations and customer engagement.
