Research and Development Staff

Job Description:

- Support the New Product Development (NPD) process

- Conduct product improvement and optimization based on quality evaluations, process analysis, or business needs.

- Prepare and execute production trials (lab trials, pilot trials, and mass trials) and evaluate the trial results.

- Prepare and manage technical documentation, including trial reports, product specifications, and investigation reports.

Requirement:

• Degree: S1 / Bachelor Degree
• Major: Food Technology, THP, Chemical Engineering
• Minimum Experience: 1 Year
• Experience In: Product Development, or technical support (fresh graduates with strong internship experience may be considered)
• Willing to be placed in Lampung
