Responsibilities
1. New Product Development (NPD):
- Support the development of innovative FMCG products, including ideation, formulation, and testing.
- Assist in preparing product samples for internal reviews and consumer testing.
2. Market Research Support:
- Analyze market trends and consumer preferences to provide insights for product improvement.
- Benchmark competitor products and report findings to the R&D team.
3. Laboratory Work:
- Conduct experiments to test product performance, stability, and shelf life.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of test batches following standard protocols.
4. Quality and Compliance:
- Ensure all R&D processes and documentation adhere to regulatory standards for FMCG products.
- Perform basic quality assessments on raw materials and prototypes under supervision.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of research trials, formulations, and testing data.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations summarizing key findings.
Requirements:
- Final Year student with no classes/Fresh Graduates in Food Science, Food Technology or related field
- Knowledge of formulation and product testing in the FMCG sector.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment and safety procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Willing to be placed in Bintaro, Tangerang
