Research And Development Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the Research & Development team in developing products from concept through implementation.
• Conduct market research, trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking to support product innovation initiatives.
• Assist in product formulation, concept development, and evaluation activities based on project requirements.
• Prepare, organize, and manage product samples for testing and evaluation purposes.
• Collect, compile, and analyze data from research activities and product testing.
• Participate in product trials and record observations accurately and systematically.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to R&D projects and experimental results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Quality Assurance, Regulatory, and Supply Chain as needed.
• Provide administrative and operational support for ongoing R&D activities.

Qualifications

• Final-year undergraduate student or fresh graduate in Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in research, innovation, and consumer product development.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Available to work full-time for the duration of the internship program.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in research projects, laboratory work, student organizations, or innovation-related competitions.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools or research software is an advantage.
• Curious about consumer behavior, emerging trends, and new product innovation.
