Research And Development Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in R&D, Product Development, or Manufacturing Engineering, preferably in furniture manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of CNC machining OR molding/tooling is required.
• Experience in wood and/or metal manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Able to read technical drawings and use AutoCAD/SolidWorks or similar CAD software.
• Good understanding of production processes, materials, and quality standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be based in Lamongan, East Java.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve wood and metal furniture products.
• Create and review product drawings and specifications.
• Develop prototypes and support product trials.
• Improve manufacturing processes, tooling, molds, and fixtures.
• Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to ensure products are manufacturable and meet quality standards.
