Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science and Nutrition, or Agriculture.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Good communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
Detail-oriented, innovative, and meticulous.
Understanding of food regulations, sensory testing, microbiology, halal standards, and HACCP.
Responsibilities
Design and execute new product launch plans based on market/customer trends.
Coordinate all stages in the new product launch process, as well as process and product improvement.
Provide input on the development/changes to workflows/standards related to customer complaints and audit findings concerning food safety and product quality.
Design and implement process & product improvement plans.
Ensure that product standards for sale comply with approved product standards.
Play an active role in supporting the successful implementation of ISO 9001:2015 & HACCP.
