Role Description

Main Objective:

To develop and refine chemical formulations (particularly eco-friendly adhesives) through laboratory research and testing, with the goal of delivering high-quality products that meet market and customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research and development of new formulations for adhesives and other chemical products.

Test raw materials and finished products to ensure quality, stability, and compliance with environmental standards.

Collaborate with production and marketing teams to create technically and economically viable products.

Prepare technical documentation, including test reports, product specifications, and MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets).

Monitor technological trends and regulatory changes in the chemical industry for continuous innovation.

Continuously improve existing products to enhance performance and reduce production costs.

Qualifications

Minimum education of Master's (S2) or Doctorate (S3) in Chemistry, Chemical Analysis, or Chemical Engineering.

Experience in a chemical or adhesive R&D laboratory is a plus.

Strong knowledge of polymer, resin, or industrial adhesive formulation.

Proficient in laboratory equipment operation and chemical analysis techniques.

Analytical, detail-oriented, and strong in technical documentation.
