Research Analyst

PT Takodam Ciptamandiri Nusantara islooking foran undergraduate or fresh graduate for paid research analyst internships to join on 3-month project on the Long-Term Development Plan ofa State-owned enterprise in the port service sector.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for turning data into actionable insights by recognizing trends and anomalies in multivariate datasets. To use these insights for business improvement, this candidate should feel comfortable using their analysis to tell a story.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate/fresh graduate from all majors, preferably Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or any related major.
• Has an interest in management consulting.
• Has good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proactive, responsible, committed, strong research skills, and slide-making skills.
• Fully available on weekdays (Monday Friday) and willing to go the extra mile.
• Placement will be in Surakarta.
• Internship period: April-June 2025

Responsibilities

• Gathering and analyzing data to support the project
• Drafting communication documents, primarily in presentation slides
• Managing and supporting clients to achieve overall project goals
