We are looking for a Researcher to support our Male Grooming & Personal Care innovation projects. This role will focus on conducting end-to-end consumer research and translating insights into actionable innovation recommendations for product development and communication.
What you will do:
- Conduct qualitative & quantitative research on Indonesian male consumers, covering behavior, motivation, identity, and grooming & wellness habits.
- Manage end-to-end research process: research design, recruitment, fieldwork, data collection, analysis, and insight synthesis.
- Translate research findings into actionable insights & innovation recommendations to support product innovation and communication strategy.
What we're looking for:
- Background bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- Experience in consumer research (qualitative & quantitative), preferably in FMCG, beauty, personal care, or lifestyle categories.
- Strong capability in research design, data analysis, and insight synthesis.
- Strong communication & storytelling skills to translate findings into clear recommendations.
- Familiarity with male grooming/personal care/lifestyle trends is a plus.
