Analyze incoming product requests and stay updated on industry trends, supplier innovations, and competitive product analyses to deliver relevant and high-quality testing.
Conducting the stages of product development including the literature study process, designing a laboratory-scale trial formula, evaluating prototype test results, and monitoring the stability of the trial product.
Identifying formulation issues and complaints to design effective product formulations and adapting to trends to drive impactful solutions.
Working collaboratively with Product, Formulation and related functions to ensure that all aspects of the Innovation align with organizational objectives.
Prepare comprehensive documentation and reports to support new product launches.
Ensure that all activities within the lab follow safety protocols and regulatory standards and calibration is carried out in accordance with the provisions for the tools.
Ensure the calibration of laboratory equipment is carried out to maintain measurement or testing accuracy.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Pharmacist.
1-2 Years in Product Innovation / Development field
Having strong interest about cosmetic/skincare/jhair products.
