We're looking for an R&D Manager (Food & Beverage) to lead end-to-end product development, drive innovation, and ensure our products stay competitive and aligned with market trends.
What you will do:
- Develop and implement R&D strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
- Lead the development of new food and beverage products from concept through commercialization, ensuring alignment with market trends and consumer preferences.
- Drive innovation by researching and implementing new technologies and processes to improve product quality and efficiency.
- Conduct competitor product analysis to generate insights that can be utilized as Unique Selling Propositions (USPs) in product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, market research, data analysts, and supply chain, to align product development with business objectives.
We are looking for you who:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Chemistry, Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- 35 years of experience in a managerial role within R&D, Product Development, or Laboratory functions in the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of Food & Beverage formulation, manufacturing processes, Design of Experiments (DOE), and data analysis.
- Hands-on experience in handling end-to-end Halal and BPOM registrations.
- Familiarity with quality and management systems, including 5S, ISO 9001:2015, FSSC 22000, HACCP, Halal Assurance System (HAS 23000), and Kosher.
