A. Regulatory Reporting
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of all regulatory reports
- Interpret new regulations and translate them into internal reporting frameworks and controls
- Ensure full reconciliation between regulatory data, financial statements and management reporting
- Act as primary contact for regulatory audits, including preparation, response and remediation of findings
- Drive automation, standardization, and data lineage transparency in regulatory reporting
B. Group Reporting
- Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual Group reporting packages in line with IFRS and internal standards
- Ensure alignment and reconciliation between PSAK (local GAAP) and Group reporting
- Provide variance analysis, bridges and commentary vs prior period, budget and forecast
- Coordinate with HQ on deadlines, changes, and reporting standards
C. Management Reporting
- Deliver monthly management packs for ExCo / Board
- Provide P&L and Balance Sheet bridge analysis (actual vs budget / forecast / prior)
- Identify key business drivers
- Translate financial data into actionable insights and clear storyline
D. Data, Systems & Process Improvement
- Drive automation
- Improve data quality, governance and reconciliation processes
- Reduce manual work and reporting cycle time
- Act as SME for reporting architecture and data flows
E. Team Leadership
- Build and lead high-performing reporting team
- Develop expertise in:
- Regulatory reporting
- Accounting & IFRS
- Analytical reporting
- Set clear KPIs, governance and delivery discipline
