Responsible for overseeing refinery business planning, financial management, and operational performance.
Job Description:
- Conduct refinery business planning & forecasting
- Prepare refinery budgeting & follow up
- Calculate and control production cost and opex
- Prepare unit management reporting
- Monitor operational KPIs
- Monitor compliance at refinery level & follow up audit results
- Perform operational (e.g. inventories) and procurement control in refineries
- Budget and monitor capex & opex.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
- Minimum 2 years of experience in refinery operations, business planning, or financial management
- Prior experience in budgeting, cost control, and compliance monitoring is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to be located in our refineries
