Job Description
- Develop the content and narrative of SID Impact Reports by composing, writing, and revising texts that are informative, well-structured, and aligned with the SID brand identity and Standard Operating Procedures
- Incorporate pre-defined storylines and key issues provided by internal teams, while adding narrative depth, contextual data, and compelling storytelling to enhance clarity and engagement
- Conduct research, brainstorming, and review of existing data, metrics, and qualitative/quantitative findings to produce evidence-based narratives
- Transform provided data and analysis into coherent and engaging storylines that communicate program outcomes, progress, and social/educational impact
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and the design/data visualization teams to ensure consistency and alignment between written content and visual representation
- Perform thorough proofreading, fact-checking, and revisions to guarantee clarity, accuracy, consistency, and credibility
Requirement
- Strong analytical and evidence-based writing skills, with excellent grammar, structure, and narrative flow.
- Ability to translate complex data and research findings into clear, compelling, and conceptually accurate stories.
- Solid understanding of contemporary education concepts and terminology, avoiding outdated or misleading frameworks.
- Competence in analyzing educational and social impact data, including identifying insights, trends, and key impact highlights.
- Effective cross-functional collaboration and communication, ensuring accuracy, alignment, and content approval.
- Strong project management and brand awareness, including deadline management, editorial consistency, ethical storytelling, and adherence to SID's brand voice.
