Job Description

About Labor Solutions

Founded in 2013, Labor Solutions is a women-founded, employee-owned social enterprise that leverages technology to engage and educate workers at scale. Our flagship product, WOVO, connects workers, suppliers, and buyers via one app for workers, one platform for suppliers, and one dashboard for buyers. We currently serve 3.8M+ workers across 180+ countries in 41+ languages, ensuring workers know their rights, can access remedies, and are heard. We also offer advisory services, eLearning, and measurement tools to build responsible, resilient supply chains.

Role Description

Labor Solutions is hiring a WELL Report Analyst to own end-to-end production of WELL Site Reports and WELL Portfolio reports — drafting, QA, and buyer-ready delivery. This is a hands-on execution role combining AI-assisted drafting with rigorous, verifiable QA. You'll work directly with our COO and Product Owner, accountable for the accuracy of reports that inform buyer and site decisions on worker wellbeing.

What You'll Own

•   Draft full Site Reports and Portfolio Reports based on, but not limited to, survey and assessment data, using AI-assisted workflows for first-pass narrative, findings, and headlines.

•   Run the complete QA process on your own output, producing a documented, auditable trail — not a self-reported checklist — and continuously refine that process using AI tools.

•   Verify all data transcription and content: every figure traces to source with no cross-site contamination; WELL content applied verbatim, never re-typed or paraphrased; deployment-specific rules applied per site without deviation.

•   Handle all worker survey and demographic data under strict confidentiality and anonymity protocols, during and after engagement.

•   Manage multiple report timelines concurrently, meeting deadlines without sacrificing QA rigor, and deliver buyer-ready PDF outputs meeting formatting requirements.

•   Flag genuine method or spec gaps to the Product Owner rather than improvising a resolution, and maintain internal gap-tracking and QA status records.

Required Skills & Experience

Must-have

•   3+ years of experience in a structured reporting, compliance, audit, or research role.

•   Full-time, remote (Indonesia, Singapore, or similar time-zone-compatible location).

•   Strong quantitative literacy: comfortable checking cross-tabulated survey data, demographic cuts, deltas, and margins of error for internal consistency.

•   Practical experience using AI tools for drafting, with the judgment to critically edit output rather than accept it as is.

•   Meticulous attention to detail, strong self-directed time management across concurrent deadlines, and a track record of catching your own errors before they reach a reviewer.

•   Native-level written English — precise, unambiguous, non-redundant style — and comfort working independently with an international team.

Strongly preferred

•   Background in ethical sourcing, labor rights, social auditing, or worker wellbeing.

•   Experience with Claude and up to date with AI capabilities and how they can be implemented appropriately in context.

•   Experience with Figma (Dev Mode, annotations, structured design files) or similar structured content tools.

•   Experience owning a QA or verification process end-to-end, not just executing steps handed to you.
