Job Description

Job Description:

  • Lead, supervise, and provide guidance to a team of 10 Construction Supervisors.
  • Monitor daily and weekly progress from all sites, ensuring timely reporting and issue escalation.
  • Support hypercare renovation monitoring to ensure readiness for operations.
  • Review project cost variances and assist in identifying corrective measures.
  • Alignment with other teams, PMO, Implementation and HSE regarding Hubs readiness and complaints.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Engineering / Architecture / Design Interior
  • Experienced in handling retail construction
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Able to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadline
  • Ability to bridge between owner and contractor
  • Expert with design tools (AutoCAD and Sketchup)
  • Familiar with MEP Installation
  • Willing to be placed at Sunter
