Job Description:

Automation

• Led the construction of plant facility management system (CFMS: Facility online monitoring & Facility Management & energy management system, etc.).
• Leading the upgrade and transformation of the automatic control system of the base: optimizing the control of key energy supply systems such as frozen water, boiler, air pressure, vacuum and nitrogen production in the factory system.
• leading from the perspective of intelligent operation and maintenance to develop equipment management, operation and maintenance and energy saving work.
• Participate in the digital and intelligent development of plant automatic control equipment of the base, and promote transformation of the base into a digital factory and intelligent operation and maintenance.
• Lead data management work, including but not limited to data governance, standardization, data quality audit, etc.
• Participate in the training of self-control personnel and echelon construction of the base to ensure that the self-control personnel team meets the actual needs of the base.
• Assist the performance evaluation of the base control team.
• Led the cross-departmental coordination of self-control.

Energy:

• According to the energy target, disassemble KPI indicators, lead cross-departmental cooperation with OPNIECAS, etc., to jointly achieve energy saving goals.
• Evaluate and supervise the completion of energy saving indicators in each region
• Lead the management of energy-saving projects, promote the base to improve the system energy efficiency, explore the energy saving space from the system direction, and promote the horizontal spread between different bases
• Lead the analysis of energy consumption data of the base, form energy use reports and diagnostic reports, early warning tips, and point to the direction of improvement.
• Participate in the energy use of new projects, check the special programs in the field of responsibility
• Led the construction of carbon emission and energy use calculation models, analyzed the rationality of carbon emission and energy use, and predicted the future trend of carbon emission and energy use.
• Control the external data provided by the department to ensure the authenticity and effectiveness of the data.
• Led the establishment and refinement of energy management system, refined management standards, continued optimization and iteration, and provided institutional guarantee for energy conservation management.
• According to the management system to promote the development of energy-saving projects and landing, horizontal expansion, from the technical direction of the reverse capital, optimize the system standard.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor degree or above
• Familiar with energy saving & automation knowledge.
• Strong abilities of team management, communication and execution.
• Proficient in cad, microsoft office software E.G. Word, Excel, Power Point, Project Etc.
• Fluent english both in written and spoken. local nationality personnel are preferred. Mandarin communication ability is a plus.
