Remote UI/UX Designer for US Ecom Store (Figma Expert)

Monty Supplements is a fast-growing US e-commerce brand. We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer who specializes in Figma to join our team.

We are not looking for someone to just make things look pretty. We need a designer who understands Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). Your designs must look professional, trustworthy, and clean (Western e-commerce aesthetic), but most importantly, they must be designed to turn visitors into buyers.

• Design High-Converting Landing Pages: Create beautiful, responsive landing pages and product pages in Figma.
• CRO-First Design: Use visual hierarchy, whitespace, and psychology to guide the user's eye to the Add to Cart button.
• Figma Management: Maintain organized files. You must use Auto-Layout, components, and clear naming conventions. (We do not accept messy files).
• Iterate Fast: Take feedback from our team and make adjustments quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Mobile-First: Ensure all designs look perfect on mobile devices (where 80% of our traffic comes from).

• Figma Mastery: You are extremely fast and efficient in Figma. You don't just draw rectangles; you build scalable design systems.
• E-Commerce Portfolio: You must share a portfolio showing landing pages or websites. (Please do not apply if your portfolio only has logos or mobile apps).
• Attention to Detail: You do not cut corners. Your spacing is consistent, your alignment is perfect, and you check your work before submitting it.
• English Proficiency: You can communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
• CRO Knowledge: You understand concepts like above the fold, social proof, and call to action.
