We're looking for a Graphic Designer who cares deeply about craft—not just making things look good.

In this role, you'll create compelling visual assets across digital platforms, transform ideas into clear and engaging communication, and help maintain a consistent visual standard across multiple brands and campaigns.

You'll collaborate closely with Project Managers, Content Creators, and fellow Designers to deliver high-quality creative work that is both visually strong and strategically effective.

We're not looking for someone who simply follows design trends.

We're looking for someone who understands why a design works, thinks in systems rather than one-off visuals, and obsesses over the details that most people overlook.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional Graphic Design experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing real commercial or client work
• Strong understanding of:
• Layout & Composition
• Visual Hierarchy
• Grid Systems
• Typography
• Color Theory
• Spacing & Alignment
• Ability to create consistent visual systems across multiple deliverables
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma
• Strong attention to detail and visual consistency
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating social media campaigns
• Experience designing presentation decks or marketing materials
• Basic understanding of branding and design systems
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
