Fully understand the hiring needs of client companies and conduct comprehensive job responsibility analysis.
Develop a sound talent search plan, publish recruitment information through various channels (such as LinkedIn and other social media), and proactively source foreign talents who meet the client's requirements.
Be responsible for screening and evaluating candidates, and provide talent recommendation reports to clients.
Coordinate and promote clients to arrange further interviews for candidates, and timely feedback the interview results.
Assist both parties in salary negotiations and provide follow-up services.
Maintain a good relationship between clients and hired talents, and pay attention to the career development of the hired talents.
Skill Requirements
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
Proven experience in recruitment, especially global recruitment.
