Relocation Consultant

Koskosan Australia is currently looking for aRelocation Consultantto support students and professionals who are relocating to Australia. This role is ideal for someone who enjoyshelping people, solving problems, and managing client relationshipswhile working in a dynamic international environment. As a Relocation Consultant, you will guide clients through the relocation process, assist with accommodation arrangements, and coordinate with vendors to ensure a smooth transition to Australia.

Key Responsibilities

Provide relocation advice and support to students and professionals moving to Australia

Assist clients with accommodation arrangements and relocation logistics

Respond to client inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups

Track client progress and maintain organized records

Coordinate with property providers and vendors

Support clients throughout their relocation journey to ensure a smooth experience

Contribute to achieving team targets and client satisfaction goals

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field

Fluent in English (written & spoken)

Experience insales, customer service, or client management

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Energetic, approachable, and able to relate tointernational students and young professionals

Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools (CRM experience is a plus)

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Ability to manage multiple client inquiries simultaneously

Knowledge of Australian cities, lifestyle, or housing markets is a strong advantage
