We Are Hiring: Customer Expert (Turkish Speaker) – Bali

We are looking for a Customer Expert (Turkish Speaker) to join our growing team in Bali. If you have strong or fluent Turkish and English communication skills and a passion for helping customers, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

1. Provide timely support to customers through digital communication channels (phone, email, and chat) for a consumer electronics client.
2. Assist customers with basic technical issues using provided scripts and guidelines.
3. Identify and escalate priority issues through the proper channels.
4. Achieve all key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company and client.
5. Collaborate with the team to improve processes and overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum D3 or Bachelor's degree from any major (fresh graduates are welcome).
2. Willing to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends, public holidays, and permanent night shifts.
3. Fast learner and able to work across multiple communication channels (email, chat, and voice).
4. Strong or fluent Turkish communication skills (written & verbal) — will be tested.
5. Intermediate level of English is acceptable.
6. Willing to work fully onsite and relocate to Bali, Indonesia.
