Relocate to Bali - Customer Expert (German Speaker)

We're expanding our team and looking for German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our Bali team!

Key Requirements:

• Fluency in German (spoken and written)
• Able to start immediately!
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• At least a diploma or bachelor's degree
• Willing to relocate to Bali, Indonesia
• 1 year experience of work in any fields

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries via phone, chat, or email from German-speaking customers
• Provide exceptional customer support and resolve issues professionally
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams for continuous improvement
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
