Job Description:
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support & perform all Site Equipment Reliability Program
- Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to prevent equipment breakdowns
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements
Another Requirements/personality/attitude/etc
- Proven experience in maintenance engineering
within a manufacturing environment
- Familiar with SAP PM is a plus
- Good in English, both written and oral
- Proactive, Comunicative and have
good interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and
attention to detail
