Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Root Cause Analysis for Equipment Failures and, identify the failure mechanism, and implement corrective and preventive action.
• Analyze recurring equipment issues and give recommendations for design or modification improvements to enhance reliability
• Optimizing Maintenance Strategy: Preventive, Predictive, Opportunity, and others
• Monitoring & Tracking Performance Reliability: MTBF, MTTR, Equipment Reliability, OEE
• Data Analysis for Maintenance history and equipment performance data
• Manage Reliability Pillar
• Improve Risk Management in manufacturing operation specially on Risk Reduction on Maintenance Activity, Machinery Safety & LOTO

Requirements

• :Experience in Maintenance/Engineering: min 8 years
