Job Description

Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth and affluent clients, serving as their trusted advisor
Understnd clients financial goals, risk profiles, and life-stage needs to deliver personalized wealth planning
Recommend suitable investment products and solutions (mutual funds, bonds, structured products, etc.)
Conduct regular portfolio reviews and proactively communicate market insights to clients
Achieve and exceed targets related to assets under management (AUM), revenue, and client acquisition
Identify referral opportunities and expand the client base through networking and client advocacy
Ensure full compliance with internal policies, KYC requirements, and applicable regulations
Collaborate with investment, legal, and operations teams to deliver a seamless client experience

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial services sales
Proven track record of managing and growing a client portfolio (AUM or revenue targets)
Strong knowledge of investment products, financial planning, and capital markets
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Valid professional certifications (e.g., WPPE/CSPA in Indonesia, CFA/CFP is a plus)
High integrity, professionalism, and a client-first mindset
Fluent in English; strong network in the local market is an advantage
