Relationship Manager

Job Descriptions:

• Play an active role in seeking account growth in accordance with targets set by superiors.
• Responsible for establishing and nurturing positive relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Understand the needs and expectations of clients to ensure they receive the best possible service and solutions.
• Communicate with clients, address their inquiries and concerns, and provide support in resolving any issues.
• Sales and marketing efforts by introducing products and services to clients.
• Involved in analyzing potential risks associated with client relationships, such as credit risk.
• Communicate with internal teams regarding client feedback, needs, and any issues that arise.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree all Major.
• Min 2 years of experience in Bank funding & lending, or commercial banking segment.
• Able to operate banking systems and tools (e.g., BSAK, SPIN, or other related systems).
• Communicative, possessing strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Able to work both in teams and individually with defined targets.
• Possesses initiative and high levels of responsibility in work.
• Willing to be located in all operational Branches in Indonesia
