Responsibilities:

As a Relationship Manager (RM), you will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and enhancing relationships with affluent and high-net-worth clients. Leveraging your expertise in financial services and insurance as well as your extensive list of network and clientele, you will engage with clients through multiple channels, including phone calls, emails, virtual meetings, and in-person interactions, providing tailored financial and insurance solutions.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. 5 years of experience in banking, financial services, or insurance, with a focus on client relationship management in priority banking customers.
  3. Strong understanding of insurance products, particularly life insurance, and financial planning.
  4. Excellent communication skills, proficient in both virtual and face-to-face client interactions.
  5. Proven track record of meeting sales targets and effectively managing client portfolios.
  6. Knowledge of financial regulations and insurance compliance.
  7. Extensive network and priority banking clientele from previous experience.
  8. Proficiency in CRM software, digital communication, and sales management tools.
