Job Description :
- Manage and develop relationships between Private Banking clients and the bank, with the objective of building strong and lasting engagement between clients and the Bank.
- Provide personalized advisory services to help clients grow their asset portfolios, support tax planning, and facilitate wealth transfer to the next generation, while taking into account each client's needs and profile in a holistic manner.
- Collaborate with internal units within Permata Bank to effectively present the Bank's capabilities and services as solutions to meet the needs of clients, their families, associates, and businesses.
- Manage client accounts in a planned, structured, and sustainable manner to generate consistently increasing profits in a healthy and resilient way, avoiding excessive concentration on a single large relationship.
- Monitor and conduct periodic reviews of client portfolios, client profiles, and administrative matters with full responsibility to support the Private Banking business
Job Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major
- Min >10 years experience as Relationship Manager Funding
- Good knowledge of banking funding/wealth management products and services
- Well developed interpersonal, relationship and communication skills
- Good at selling/influencing
- AAJI & WPPE is a must
