Source borrowers through multiple channels and qualify opportunities.
Support the due diligence process, including gathering financials, verifying business operations, and coordinating with internal credit teams.
Maintain close relationships with borrowers throughout the loan lifecycle.
Ensure a high-touch, responsive borrower experience and timely resolution of issues.
Assist in refining borrower engagement strategy and share field feedback with management.

Requirements

5 years of experience in relationship manager lending, financial services, or a related field.
Understanding of credit basics, lending products, and customer behavior.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Proactive, accountable, and eager to grow within a fast-paced team.
Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written) is required.
