Career Opportunity: Relationship Manager – Mortgage (KPR)
Position Objective
As a Relationship Manager – Mortgage (KPR) in Bank Rakyat Indonesia, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and expanding customer relationships for mortgage products. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets, delivering excellent customer service, and strengthening partnerships with housing developers and property agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new customers for mortgage products.
- Provide consultation and tailored housing finance solutions to meet customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, property agents, and business partners.
- Prepare and present credit proposals to customers.
- Conduct preliminary creditworthiness analysis before submission to the credit division.
- Ensure completeness of mortgage application documents in line with bank requirements.
- Monitor the credit approval process until disbursement.
- Deliver after sales service and maintain customer loyalty.
- Achieve the company's mortgage sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (S1) with at least 1 year of experience as a sales developer, sales agent, or Relationship Manager in mortgage.
- Proven experience handling high-ticket mortgage transactions > IDR 2 billion per unit, especially in premium areas.
- Active network with decision makers in Tier 1 developers and premium secondary market players, particularly in Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek).
- Strong track record of productive yet prudent mortgage expansion, validated through portfolio and background checks.
- Professional profile and culture aligned with prospective customers, brokers, and business partners to enhance engagement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target and results oriented.
- High integrity and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Foreign language proficiency (English, Mandarin, and others) is considered an added advantage.
