Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Relationship Manager located in Serpong and Kebon Jeruk, with flexibility to work from home. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with schools, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and ensuring satisfaction. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to align client expectations with KodeKiddo offerings, providing regular updates to clients, and identifying potential partnership or growth opportunities. Additionally, the Relationship Manager will support marketing and communications efforts to build and strengthen KodeKiddo's presence.

Qualifications

• Client relationship-building and communication skills
• Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple accounts
• Interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
• Knowledge or experience in education, technology, or programming is an advantage
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Education, or a related field
• Familiarity with the needs and interests of children and parents in an educational environment
