Relationship Manager

Manage financing, guarantee, and insurance activities, including business planning, execution, and development within the assigned area of responsibility to support the achievement of LPEI's business targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop target market proposals and identify prospective, qualified, and feasible debtors or clients.
• Market LPEI's financing, guarantee, and insurance products to prospective and existing debtors.
• Analyze and develop marketing strategies to support the achievement of business targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with debtors and clients.
• Conduct risk assessments of various aspects of business proposals.
• Analyze and assess the ratings of prospective and existing debtors.
• Monitor debtors business activities, fulfillment of financing obligations, and compliance with financing requirements, including taking preventive measures in the event of declining business performance.
• Analyze and propose financing collectability assessments and objective evidence of impairment, including individual Expected Credit Loss (ECL) calculations, in collaboration with relevant units.
• Propose LPEI Partnership Programs.
• Ensure the achievement of individual performance targets.
• Perform all operational activities in accordance with applicable good corporate governance principles.
• Follow up on audit recommendations and ensure the fulfillment of audit action plans.
• Perform other duties as required by the institution and/or assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
• Risk Management Certification is preferred, if applicable.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience and/or prior experience as an Officer in at least two different departments or business units.
• Possess good knowledge and understanding of: a) Banking or financial institution products and business operations; b) Banking credit procedures; c) Corporate finance; d) Financial Analysis; e) Banking Risk Management; f) Laws, regulations, and provisions related to banking, insurance, guarantees, and export-import activities; g) Regulations concerning trade protection, regional and global economic organizations, and trade agreements; h) Country risk and the economic systems of export destination countries; i) Strategic planning and strategic management.
