Job Description:
- Lead and manage SME Relationship Manager teams at Head Office and Branch level to acquire and develop SME partners aligned with company strategy.
- Manage and grow the SME credit portfolio while ensuring strong team performance and capability development.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal credit policies.
- Execute Go-To-Market strategies for SME loan products and gather market feedback for product improvement and new product development.
- Oversee portfolio monitoring through reporting, database management, and analytics.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support SME product and portfolio growth.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, preferably as SME/Commercial RM Team Leader or Head.
- Bachelor's degree (S1) from a reputable university.
- Strong expertise in the SME segment and end-to-end credit processes.
- Proven leadership, teamwork, and people development skills.
- Experience in managing customer databases, reporting, and portfolio analytics.
- Strong focus on maintaining and growing both existing and new SME portfolios.
