Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Relationship Manager Funding based in Gresik. The role involves maintaining and building strong relationships with customers to drive funding growth for the bank. Key responsibilities include identifying new funding opportunities, providing financial advice, executing tailored solutions, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Relationship Manager Funding will also work collaboratively with internal teams to meet the bank's business objectives and achieve customer satisfaction.

  • Knowledge of financial products, funding solutions, and banking industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and the ability to develop tailored financial solutions for clients.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and identifying market opportunities.
  • Ability to work in an on-site setting in Gresik, with a proactive and collaborative approach to achieving team goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; work experience in a similar role is preferred.
