Role SummaryWe are seeking a high-performing Funding Relationship Manager to drive our deposit growth in Jakarta. You will be at the forefront of expanding our high-net-worth, commercial, and institutional deposit portfolio—offering competitive Savings and Time Deposit (Deposito) solutions while building lasting financial partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Deposit Acquisition: Proactively prospect, acquire, and convert new individual and institutional clients to hit key funding and deposit targets (Savings & Time Deposits).
- Client Retention & Growth: Cultivate strong relationships with key account holders, managing portfolio maturities, roll-overs, and funds retention.
- Cross-Department Synergy: Partner with Head Office and branch operations to ensure seamless onboarding and top-tier customer service delivery.
- Target & Portfolio Analysis: Track real-time sales progress, analyze funding trends, and execute tactical initiatives to consistently hit business targets.
- Risk & Compliance Control: Uphold bank policies, risk management protocols, and industry regulatory guidelines in all client transactions.
- KYC & AML/CFT Oversight: Execute strict Know Your Customer (KYC) standards and maintain 100% compliance with AML & CFT regulations during onboarding and account management.
Qualifications & Requirements- Education: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major (Finance, Business, Marketing preferred).
- Experience: 1–3 years as a Funding RM, Deposit Specialist, or Priority Banking Officer (BPR or Retail Banking experience is a strong plus).
- Skills: Deep understanding of deposit products (Deposito), strong local business network, excellent negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Mindset: Target-driven, customer-centric, and highly ethical.
- Location: Based in or willing to be stationed in Jakarta & Bekasi.
