Role Description The Relationship Manager Funding and Hajj is a full-time, on-site role based in Denpasar. This position is responsible for managing and growing funding portfolios, especially savings and deposits, with a focus on Hajj-related products and services. Daily activities include identifying and approaching prospective customers, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and providing advisory support on Sharia-compliant funding and Hajj programs. The role involves coordinating Hajj registration and documentation, ensuring accurate data collection, and supporting customers throughout the Hajj preparation process. The Relationship Manager also collaborates with branch and regional teams to achieve sales targets, ensure service quality, and promote Bank Muamalat's Sharia values in every interaction.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong relationship management, customer service, and client advisory skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Candidates should possess sales, negotiation, and business development skills, including experience in achieving funding or deposit targets in a banking or financial services environment.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Sharia banking principles and Hajj-related products and processes, with a strong commitment to ethical and compliant financial practices.
- Candidates should possess communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customer segments and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to review customer needs, assess risk, and propose appropriate funding and Hajj solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in Islamic banking or retail banking.
- Ability to work on-site in Denpasar, adapt to a dynamic branch environment, and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in basic office and banking applications, attention to detail in documentation, and willingness to continuously learn about Sharia products and regulations.
