Relationship Manager Channeling

Responsible for managing key channelling partners to drive lending growth, ensure portfolio quality, and support smooth end-to-end channelling processes in line with policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow strategic channelling partnerships.
• Achieve lending targets and monitor partner performance.
• Coordinate credit, disbursement, and documentation processes.
• Ensure compliance and portfolio quality.
• Provide guidance to junior team members when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in channelling, partnership, or lending roles.
• Strong knowledge of credit and risk processes.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
