Job Description

  • Identify and acquire small business requiring funds for business expansion
  • Build long-term relationships with shop owners, traders, distributors, and service businesses
  • Achieve loan sourcing and disbursement targets
  • Assist customers in loan application, documentation, and onboarding
  • Coordinate with internal credit risk and operations teams for timely approvals
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
  • Provide post-disbursement support and maintain portfolio quality

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any major
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Business Loan / Working Capital Loan sales
  • Have experience leading a team
  • Experience in Bank, or Fintech industry is an advantage
  • Good understanding of small business financing
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Willingness to do field work
