Job Description

Job Description:

  • Act as the ShopeeFood representative responsible for maintaining relationships with merchants.
  • Responsible for maintaining merchant performance by offering participation in campaigns and other ShopeeFood services through online channels (Email, WhatsApp blast, and telephone)
  • Responsible for educating merchants about the importance of store quality and operations on ShopeeFood to help them gain more sales.
  • Handle price competitiveness by monitoring merchant pricing, ensuring competitive positioning, and recommending necessary adjustments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any major.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Sales and Account Management.
  • Target-oriented with a strong commitment to achieving performance goals.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experienced in daily canvassing and monitoring tasks.
  • Good understanding of district-to-subdistrict mapping in Yogyakarta
  • Experienced in managing merchant package activations.
  • Able to simulate, analyze, and calculate program/campaign proposals for merchants.
