- Drive sales targets for funding products by proactively acquiring new high-value clients while retaining and expanding existing accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building long-term partnerships to maximize customer value and portfolio profitability.
- Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with other teams to deliver a comprehensive suite of banking products and services.
- Contribute to the team's overall business development efforts by generating new leads and referrals.
- Ensure compliance with the bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree from any major. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Prior experience in sales funding banking industry and acquire new customer highly preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self starter with strong problem-solving attitude and customer-oriented mindset.
- Have a great networking and familiar with potential market in the Medan area.
