About the Role
Support import clearance by managing SKI tracking, reviewing COA compliance, and coordinating with related parties to prevent shipment delays following updated BPOM regulations, including Heavy Metal (HM) testing requirements.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze COA and BPOM compliance for incoming shipments
- Ensure all import and regulatory documents are complete and submitted on time
- Track samples and COA Heavy Metal testing status
- Coordinate with internal teams, labs, and external stakeholders for SKI issuance
- Follow up on pending requirements to avoid clearance delays
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in a related field; Pharmacy background preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience in Regulatory / SKI within the Cosmetics Industry
- Familiar with SKI process and BPOM documentation
- Good English proficiency (written & spoken)
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Able to work independently, proactive, and detail-oriented
