Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Regulatory Officer to ensure PT Vaksindo Satwa Nusantara's products comply with all relevant national and international regulations, standards, and guidelines.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare, compile, and submit regulatory dossiers and applications for product registration, renewals, and variations to relevant authorities.
- Monitor and interpret new and updated regulatory requirements, guidelines, and legislation impacting the company's products and operations.
- Liaise effectively with regulatory agencies, providing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality Assurance, Production, and Marketing teams to ensure regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
- Conduct regulatory assessments of product changes, manufacturing processes, and promotional materials.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date regulatory databases and documentation.
- Participate in internal and external audits related to regulatory compliance.
- Develop and implement regulatory strategies for new product development and market expansion.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a regulatory affairs role within the pharmaceutical, veterinary, or biotechnology industry.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian regulatory frameworks (e.g., BPOM, Ministry of Agriculture) and international regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proven ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
