Patient Scheduling & Reception Coordinator
Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized, communicative, and patient-oriented team member to assist with patient scheduling, reception, and coordination services.
Main Responsibilities
- Record and manage patient appointment requests based on available schedules.
- Coordinate and arrange appointments according to the doctor's availability.
- Contact patients for appointment confirmations and schedule updates.
- Organize and maintain the patient waiting list.
- Contact waiting list patients when appointment slots become available.
- Help fill empty or cancelled appointment slots efficiently.
- Welcome and assist patients during the registration and check-in process.
- Handle patient reception and ensure smooth patient flow at the clinic.
- Verify patient arrival according to the appointment schedule and registration data.
- Assist with patient re-registration and appointment follow-up arrangements.
- Coordinate with nurses and other clinic staff to ensure smooth patient service and communication.
- Ensure accurate scheduling records and professional communication with patients.
- Respond politely and professionally to patient inquiries regarding appointments and clinic services.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive.
- Comfortable using messaging apps, spreadsheets, or scheduling systems.
- Able to multitask and coordinate with multiple departments.
- Prior experience in administration, receptionist, customer service, or clinic operations is a plus.
