Manulife Indonesia Bancassurance Regional Trainer will be responsible to have specific dedicated Bank Staff Trainers to improve Bank Staff capability and build strong sales behaviors to improve sales productivity.

We are looking for someone with:

• University degree from reputable university
• 3-5 years of experience in designing and delivering Learning & Development Training
• Experienced in wholesale/ distribution business model
• Well organized and detail oriented
• Strong communication skills including interpersonal communication, analytical thinking, written communications, and classroom and virtual facilitation skills
• Strong instructional design skills, including evaluation methodologies

Nice to Haves:

• Ability to build and manage relationships with the key internal stakeholders

On the job you will:

Conduct TNA to identify specific development needs for respective designated channel

Develop & execute structured & systematic Bank Staff training road map

Conduct regular sales skill & product refreshment in Region/Area

Work with Sales Leader to conduct Join Field Work and Field Coaching for Bank Staff

Monitor, evaluate and follow up the effectiveness of development implementation
