  3. Ensure Training Quality & Completion. Monitor and maintain training standards by ensuring all programs are delivered effectively, on time, and meet the expected quality benchmarks
  4. Drive Field Engagement. Actively engage in the field to observe execution, support trainers, and ensure Beauty Advisors deliver strong product knowledge and sales performance
  5. Data Collection & Reporting. Oversee the collection of training records, attendance, and performance data from the team. Compile and consolidate reports to track training effectiveness
  6. Analyze & Strategize. Analyze training data and field insights to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities. Develop weekly or periodic action plans to improve performance and training impact
  7. Stakeholder Collaboration. Work closely with management and cross-functional teams to provide feedback and align training focus with business priorities

  • Experience in handling training reports, performance tracking, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in English at a business level.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and drive accountability.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Driven, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to work in a Work From Office (WFO) environment and travel for field visits.
